I've been hanging out at this place for the last 30 years, graduated Rodger Williams University in 1997. This was our staple on Friday and Saturday nights. It is great to see that the food and drinks have gotten better year over year, kudos to the management team. We'll be back soon! Also, try cohog.
A true neighborhood pub and yes, “where everybody knows your name”. Down home kinda place with a good menu and Extensive beer selections and VERY good prices. The bar is surrounded by old time diner type stools- the wait staff hustles and still finds time to talk with you. We live in Walpole MA but will be returning soon!
The common pub is located in Bristol Rhode Island. It's where most of the locals in this neighborhood go for food, drink, and live music. It's a very casual atmosphere. The food and drink menus have plenty of choices. The severs are friendly and helpful. You will feel comfortable and welcome. Check it out.
We went for Valentines Day pre-fixe dinner, so we had a reservation! We always love everything we order there, but this menu was above and beyond our expectations! Courtney is a wizard in the kitchen, and I am always impressed with the portion sizes. It was the perfect date night for this old married couple. Thanks for all you do.
The food is great!!!! Because they are pretty busy I feel they could use an additional waitress. The restaurant is a pub/bar so that is what the atmosphere is but the food more than makes up for that!
Friendly bar, great food and warm and attentive service. Music, gatherings. Sweet local spot. Did I say great food? Pay less, eat better. Not weird to be by yourself here. Portuguese specialties.
I am not a Bristolian by birth but being here 15 years I consider myself a local. The consistency of the food and attention to customers I give it 5 stars. Courtney and her staff are the best.
I needed a few things to supplement our Thanksgiving... I called it in a few days before and they promptly followed up. The food was ready on time, fresh and hot and it was amazing. Everyone at the house loved it...there was nothing left. Tight operation, super nice people.
